BR Films Rejects the Copyright Violation Charges (by Twentieth Century Fox)

Famous production house of Indian film industry B.R. Films has denied the charge of copyrights violation and plagiarism slapped by Twentieth Century Fox for the film 'Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai'. According to Hollywood studio Twentieth Century Fox the production house has copied Fox’s film 'My Cousin Vinny' and made its hindi version 'Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai' without proper permission.

Twentieth Century Fox has slapped a case against the B.R. Films for the plagiarism and also made demand of Rs.70 million for the violation and also demanded to stall the release of the movie 'Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai'.

According to Sanjay Bhutani, CEO of B.R. Films they had made an original film. He said that they had asked the permission from Twentieth Century Fox through written and legal procedure in October 2007 to make an indianized version of their movie 'My Cousin Vinny'.

According to BR Films they had shared the film script with Twentieth Century Fox 2 months ago. The Twentieth Century Fox was quiet for so long time and are demanding through the lawsuit just before the release of the film.

Filmmaker Ravi Chopra was also expressing his anger against for this Twentieth Century Fox behavior. Bombay High court will hear the plea on the 7th may and then only we can know the fate of the film 'Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai'. BR Films is confident about the film’s release on scheduled time.

'Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai' is having Govinda, Tabu and Sushmita Sen in the lead role. The actors are also very eager for its release. Hope to have a good fate for the unreleased film.

KITES : story

Hrithik will do justice to his role. Yes. We will see him playing a SALSA teacher in KITES. It will not be too much to say that he, the terrific dancer, will rock at least with his dancing in the most awaited film of the year. Kangna Ranaut the gangster girl falls in love with this handsome teacher, while attending his class(most of the girls do the same with a teacher like Hrithik!!!!!)
But Mexican hottie Barbare Mori (she has already become a star in India even before the film release) adds spice to this linear love-story plot. Before Kangna meets Hrithik , Barbara was the object of obsession for our hero. Being a girl,who can only speak Spanish, does communicate with Hrithik (he cant speak Spanish at all!!)in the language of love.
They loved each other so much yet they departed. And then the twist takes place.
For the rest we have to wait till the film actually comes at the theatre.
No doubt the film is going to be an important venture to every actors' career.

Hrithik Again Going Back to Study
